First worked with computers to build virtual spaces when Psion release Vu-3D in 1982 at the same time as the ZX Spectrum 48k was being released in 1982. Now I blend the work I make from aerosol / biro / computer-aided-modelling / texture mapping / lighting / art direction, creating projects like these below

indoors

Although the origins of aerosol painting are (arguably) attributed to the work of the subway system controlled by the Metropolitan Transit Authority in New York state, the medium lends itself to work in surfaces hidden away too. Rooms, whole interiors or anywhere that is safe from the elements. The work can take a bit longer due to any distortions but it is well worth the journey.

outdoors

Maybe it is just the nature of using a non-organic compound from a compressed air cannister, but I have been used to working in the great outdoors for some years now. Perfectly at home up a ladder in harsh weather conditions, as I am reclining next to a building with a pen in my hand...
